1. About Safyn

Safyn LLC is a private New Jersey–based luxury chauffeur and private transportation company providing premium, pre-arranged transportation services throughout New Jersey and permitted surrounding areas.

2. Services

Safyn provides chauffeured transportation services by reservation only. All services are subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, traffic conditions, weather, and regulatory requirements.

Safyn does not operate as a taxi or public carrier.

3. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations must be made through Safyn's authorized booking channels.
• Pricing is disclosed prior to confirmation and may include base fare, time, distance, tolls, parking, and applicable fees.
• Payment is required through Safyn's approved payment systems.
• Cash payments directly to drivers are not permitted.
• Tips, if offered, must be processed through Safyn's systems.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on service type.

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice may be treated as a no-show and billed accordingly.

5. Passenger Conduct

For safety and service quality, passengers must:

• Comply with all applicable laws
• Wear seatbelts when required
• Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

Safyn reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger conduct jeopardizes safety, legality, or vehicle condition.

6. Vehicle Use & Liability

Safyn vehicles are operated by professional drivers for business purposes only.

Safyn is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or road conditions
• Personal items left in vehicles (reasonable efforts will be made to assist recovery)
• Events beyond our reasonable control

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safyn's liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. Safyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, and logos are the property of Safyn LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Use of Safyn services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Safyn may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
